Enquiries from companies

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, company, email, phone, a description of your needs and technical details about where you came from (page, referring page and any campaign parameters). We use this to answer you and prepare a quote.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and entering into agreements (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep the information for as long as the conversation and any agreement require and then delete it, unless accounting law requires otherwise.

Recipients

The forms are sent through a server run by our provider and forwarded to us by email. We do not share your details with clients without agreeing it with you first, and we never sell information.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no cookies and no third party tracking. We use the hosting platform's built in, anonymous visitor statistics, which set no cookies and do not identify you. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Your browser's session storage temporarily keeps the page that referred you and any campaign parameters, so they can travel with an enquiry. It is cleared when you close the tab.

We also temporarily save your draft project brief in session storage so you can continue in the same tab. It is cleared after a successful enquiry or when the tab closes.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to kontakt@workforcepartner.dk. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.
