Andrei Ionuț Ungureanu
Andrei was born and raised in Romania. He grew up in his father’s workshop and trained in welding at technical school. The financial crisis in 2008 brought his plan to become a welding engineer to a halt. He went on to weld pipe at a Romanian shipyard.
He came to Denmark in 2011 and welded trawl doors in Thyborøn. His first Danish foreman gave him advice he still follows: Never lie. Be honest, and we will find a way.
He then spent four years as a maintenance smith at FMC, formerly Cheminova, on a site with very high safety requirements. He stood in as foreman and led teams during shutdowns. Later he travelled as a smith on projects at Novo Nordisk and CBE Fredericia.
When he later coordinated a large crew of mostly Romanian tradespeople, he saw how much it matters to people when things are in order. That is why he started Workforce Partner. He only sends people he knows through their work.

One clear hourly rate for the work. We arrange housing and transport. Housing costs depend on the location and are agreed for each job.

Workforce Partner is the employer and handles contracts, wages, tax, insurance, workwear and personal PPE. Our people normally work with your tools.

We work mainly in Denmark. Norway and other countries by agreement.
