How does your pricing work?
One clear hourly rate for the work. We arrange housing and transport. Housing costs depend on the location and are agreed for each job.
How quickly can you get people on site?
That depends on the trade, headcount and certificate requirements. The quote tells you honestly when we can have the crew there.
Who employs the workers?
Workforce Partner ApS does. We hold the employment contract and handle wages, tax, insurance and compliance with Danish employment law. You direct the work on site.
What documentation do we get?
Before arrival you receive details for each worker with the relevant certificates and courses. During the job you get daily timesheets.
Are the workers insured?
Yes. Everyone is employed by us with the insurance the law requires, including industrial injury insurance.
Who arranges accommodation?
We arrange housing close to the site. The cost depends on the location and is agreed for each job.
What language do the workers speak on site?
English is a requirement for our people. Many also speak Danish, Romanian or other languages. The quote lists the crew's languages, and Andrei is the link at the start.
Can we scale down if the project changes?
Yes. Let us know as early as you can and we adjust the crew. The notice period is agreed in the quote so you know where you stand.
What if a worker is not right for the job?
Tell us straight away. We talk to you and the worker and send a replacement as quickly as we can.
Who directs the work on site?
You do. Andrei is on site at the start and can lead the crew, but you decide what gets done and when.
Do you supply workwear and PPE?
Yes. Workwear and personal PPE are included in the hourly rate. Special equipment for a specific task is agreed in the quote.
Where do your workers come from?
Mainly Romanian tradespeople Andrei knows personally, who are used to working on Danish sites.
Do you only work in Denmark?
We work mainly in Denmark. Norway and other countries by agreement.
Can we hire a single tradesperson?
Yes. We supply anything from one tradesperson to a full crew, short or long term.
What if you do not have the right people?
Andrei says so honestly rather than sending someone who is not right for the job.
